Who operates this website?
SOADIT is the brand used on soadit.co.za. The registered company details and privacy contact will be displayed here before online enquiries are enabled.
Information involved
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. This page does not install advertising pixels or analytics tags.
A pilot brief remains in this browser until you save it or close the page. We do not store it in a website database, cookie or browser storage. Your browser may separately offer autofill.
When enquiries open, the form will ask for a name, email address and message, with company name optional. These details are used to respond to the enquiry and assess a potential service. Providing them is voluntary, but we cannot reply without a usable email address.
Sending an enquiry
The send option is unavailable until our registered operator, privacy contact and enquiry mailbox are configured. When enabled, the form sends your enquiry to SOADIT's configured mailbox through our hosting and email providers. It does not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send your form fields to an advertising platform.
Campaign labels are optional and are included only if you select the campaign-source checkbox. We do not attach advertising click identifiers to enquiry emails.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We have not enabled Google Analytics, the OpenAI Pixel, automatic advanced matching, retargeting or advertising conversion exports. Our infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary security mechanisms. Any future measurement changes will require an updated notice and appropriate choices before activation.
Providers, security and retention
The website is hosted on Vercel and DNS is managed through Xneelo. Hosting or support processing may occur outside South Africa. We use HTTPS and do not ask for identity numbers, card details, health information or customer lists in this form.
Operator details, applicable transfer arrangements and enquiry retention rules must be finalised before enquiry collection opens.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to your personal information, correction or deletion where applicable, and object to processing on applicable grounds. Our privacy contact will be shown with the registered company details before online enquiries open.
